How do you fix your credit?

Get a free credit report ad examine it thoroughly (call 877-322-8228)
Make sure everything on that report is correct
Dispute anything that is negative on your report such as comments or remarks
Dispute errors. You will have to dispute the error with all 3 bureaus. Experian, Equifax and Transunion.

Try to increase your credit limits. Call the credit card company and ask if they will extend more credit to you. This will increase your credit limit and improve your credit overall.
Check to see how many credit cards you have open. If you have a lot of cards pay them off and stop using them. Do not close them this will hurt your credit.
Do not open new credit cards. This is a hard inquiry on your credit report and will hurt your credit.
You want to increase your fico score, A-Pay on time and don't be late, B-Pay more than the minimum, C-Pay high interest cards first.
